Arrow keys move and rotate pieces; completed rows are cleared. Score 100 points per cleared row, add a 250-point bonus for clearing 3+ rows at once, and increase fall speed by difficulty. Display player name, team, mission, timer based on roundLength, score, cleared rows, and final HR productivity rating: 0-499 = Warming up, 500-999 = Solid operator, 1000-1499 = Workflow hero, 1500+ = People team legend.
