HR Tool Request Builder

A simple intake form to define the HR tool, dashboard, or report you want to generate. All fields and controls must have sharp square corners with no rounded styling.

Logic · Use the goal, audience, output type, data scope, and timeframe to generate the most appropriate HR dashboard, report, or app specification. If live or company-specific external data is selected, use web sources and include citations where applicable. IMPORTANT UI requirement: render every input, select, textarea, and button with completely square corners. Apply border-radius: 0px !important to all form controls, wrappers, dropdowns, textareas, and CTA elements. Do not use rounded, pill, soft, or curved input styling anywhere.
